Sources Sought - Sports Official Services BPA

Dover AFB is seeking qualified contractors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services. The BPA will cover flag football, softball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball for adult and youth leagues. The contractor will provide certified officials, enforce sports rules and by-laws, maintain detailed records, and adhere to Air Force regulations. The government will furnish facilities and equipment.

Contractors must possess experience in sports officiating, training, and scheduling. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a contract manager, maintaining a professional appearance, and complying with security and OPSEC requirements. Performance will be evaluated based on specific metrics outlined in the Service Delivery Summary (SDS).
