Sources Sought | 100% Design Repair of Building 501 Mission Planning Cell

This source sought (FA4497-25-R-Bldg501MissionPlanningCell) is issued solely for the purpose of market research and to obtain information from potential (nationwide) and eligible firms. The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, DE, is contemplating an Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Service contract for 100% Design Repair of Building 501 Mission Planning Cell which consists of, but is not limited to:

a. Architectural floor plan for an office area b. A controlled access area, interior design, with updated HVAC with humidity controls for offices &conference rooms c. Updated communications systems d. Updated electrical systems.
