Boiler/Sterilizer Maintenance

This sources sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible small business concerns exist for a potential competitive small business set-aside service contract, that will require services to provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance and Remedial Maintenance on the Fleet Services McKenna Boiler and Mark Costello Autoclave Sterilizer located at Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), DE.

The contractor must possess current state HVAC license and must be presented during Preventative Maintenance and Remedial Maintenance and shall be responsible for ensuring all Fleet Services McKenna Boiler and Mark Costello Autoclave Sterilizer services (preventative and remedial), parts, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the OEM specifications. Additionally, the contractor shall train users on proper usage and care of the Fleet Services Boiler and Autoclave Sterilizer provided under this contract.
