AFMAO Plant Scaping

The subject requirement is for Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations (AFMAO) Plantscaping services. Services must be rendered in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall provide a tranquil environment for grieving family members of fallen service members. Evaluate current plants and design. If needed, remove all existing plants, containers, mulch, and dirt. Sweep and wash floors, stone, and walls. Replace/plant all new plants, containers mulch/stone and dirt.

Contractor must have corporate horticulture experience (2 yrs. min) and have knowledge of the plants used and their care. Contractor shall initiate full service and preventative maintenance (watering, pruning, replacement of sick or dead plants/trees) for plants at AFMAO, Dover AFB, DE.
