C130 Disabled Wheel Dolly

Little Rock AFB (LRAFB) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements to fulfill the requirement of a C130 disabled wheel dolly. The product should meet the minimum specifications listed below. Cradles flat nose or main landing gear tire. Ability to tow the aircraft while using the product on paved and unpaved surfaces. Withstand 60,000 pounds minimum.

Ease of use to clear active runway/taxiways in less time than the disabled wheel dolly. No use of hydraulic oil is preferred for ease of maintenance upkeep. Easily maneuverable by hand with one person. If the Government decides to conduct procurement as a result of this market research, a separate pre-solicitation synopsis of that procurement will be posted to www.sam.gov.
