Camp Warlord Fire Alarm

This is a solocitation for Camp Warlord Fire Alarm at Little Rock Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to furnish, remove and replace fire notification system in 13 facilities of Camp Warlord on Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work shall be in compliance with all National Fire Protection Association guidelines, Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements. Work shall be accomplished within 180 days of contract award date. A site visit will be held at Little Rock AFB, AR at 10:00 AM (CDT) 24 September 2024. All contractors will meet at the Little Rock AFB Visitor Center 30 minutues before visiting the place of performance.

Please RSVP via email to all POC's listed in the solicitation for the site visit NLT 2:00 PM (CDT) 23 September 2024. If no RSVPs are received, then the site visit will be canceled.

1. All questions are due via email to all POC's listed on the solicitation NLT 4:00 PM (CDT) – 25 September 2024. Answers will subsequently be posted on SAM.gov.

2. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the primary and secondary POC’s listed on SAM solicitation no later than 10:00 AM (CDT) Friday, 27 September 2024.
