Remove and Replace Boiler Bldg. 1231

The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment,materials and services required furnish, remove and install one HVAC 2-MBTU/H boiler at building 1231 on Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be in compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements for HVAC work in the State of Arkansas.

Work shall be accomplished within 45 days of material arrival. A site visit will be held at Little Rock AFB, AR at 10:00 AM (CDT) 16 September 2024. All contractors will meet at the Little Rock AFB Visitor Center 30 minutues before visiting the place of performance. Please RSVP via email to all POC's listed in the solicitation for the site visit NLT 8:00 AM (CDT) 16 September 2024. If no RSVPs are received, then the site visit will be canceled.

1. All questions are due via email to all POC's listed on the solicitation NLT 4:00 PM (CDT) – 17 September 2024. Answers will subsequently be posted on SAM.gov.

2. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the primary and secondary POC’s listed on SAM solicitation no later than 4:00 PM (CDT) Wednesday, 25 September 2024.
