314 AMXS Furniture Update

Little Rock Air Force Base seeks to purchase wood furniture that is commercially available off-the-shelf for the 314th AMXS Bldg 234, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. Vendors shall perform all work IAW with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

For this project we require the following to be met: - Complete delivery and installation of office furniture for the 314th AMXS Building 234, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 - Removal of existing office furniture that is being replaced in accordance with local base guidance. - For quantity, salient characteristics, and room designation for furniture refer to Appendix A of the PWS. - Period of Performance: 60 days after award.

In order to be determined to be responsive, all quotes must be completed in the Pricing Schedule of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC’s. If your quote is determined to be non-responsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following:

a) Complete the price and extended price on the Price List based on the quantities provided.

b) Complete the bottom portion of page 3 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document.

c) Submit a technical document of the products being offered. A site visit will be held on September 3rd 2024 at 1:00pm CST, vendors shall meet at the Front Gate Visitors Center at Little Rock AFB.
