Travis AFB, CA-Postal Meter Rental

Travis Air Force Base, CA Official Postal Center (OPC) has a requirement for a postal meter mailing machine rental, annual software subscription and annual equipment maintenance for the Pitney Bowes SendPro P3000 postal mailing machine. All required work is described in the attached DRAFT Statment of Need. The Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitue a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ.

This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposal and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. Not responding to the RFI, does not preclude participation in any further RFQ, if issued.
