AMENDMENT 04 - 3/28/2025 Change the solicitation due date time from 1200 PDT to 1630 PDT. AMENDMENT 03 - 3/26/2025 Update SOW. Additionally, include Repair Supporting Documentation 01 and 02. AMENDMENT 02 - 3/24/2025 Change the site visit time from 0800 PDT to 0915 PDT. AMENDMENT 01 - 3/24/2025 Adds two additional attachments to the SOW. See attached combined synopsis/solicitation FA442725Q1049 along with Statement of Work (SOW) and other pertinent information.

All questions shall be submitted in writing by email to both the Contracting Specialist and the Contracting Officer by 0800 PDT 26 March 2025. Verbal questions shall NOT be accepted. Answers to questions shall be posted to SAM.gov.
