THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP), or promise to use a future RFQ or RFP.

This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products. This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.

Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.

David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) at Travis Air Force Base, California is seeking potential sources for five (5) Champion Ascent II 67P Powered Procedure Recliners - Wingback or equal.

To be considered or equal to the requested Brand Name product, the product must have the following features: -Wingback - Side armrests designed for cannulation procedures - Infinite position recline function with foot and calf support - One step Trendelenburg functions - Central locking castor system with at least one steering caster in the rear - Rear grab handle for patient movement and urgent/emergent evacuation - 180 degree swing open sides for for patient access experiencing hemodialysis or cardiac emergencies (also for easy cleaning of blood spills and repairs). - Motorized recline with dual hand controls and battery back up - Dual swing down or fold away side tables - Pull out foot stool - Heat in the back and seat - Plug must be 3 pronged and fit standard hospital grade GFCI outlet that is 120 V 20 Amp - Chair size to be maximum 54” wide when both side tables are open - Support patients weighing up to 300 lbs. - Vinyl fabric that is preferably CAL 133 fire rated The following requirements are preferences, but not mandatory: - Color choice to be Rain in the Secura series or something close
