Amended as of November 26, 2024; This amendment changed the NAICS code from 488190 to 333914 and the PSC from 1730 to 4320. Two attachments were updated to reflect this change (Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Attachment 2 - Instructions to offerors).

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Hydraulic Carts?at Altus AFB, Oklahoma with NSN number 4910-01-437-0442 or equal to specifications in Attachment 4. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by November 29th 2024?at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST).? This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 488190. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes.? Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
