In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition RENTAL OF FORKLIFTS FOR EBBING FIELD in Fort Smith, AR.

The Contractor shall provide rental, delivery, maintenance, and repair for (qty 2) 15K Forklifts, (qty 1) 10K Forklift, and (qty 1) 6K Forklifts for a 30 day rental (rental dates 26 AUGUST 2024 - 24 SEPTEMBER 2024) located at the following address: 4850 LEIGH AVE BLDG 108 FORT SMITH AR 72903-6018. Forklifts MUST be on site starting 25 AUGUST 2024. See attachments for details. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532490. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. As this is currently unfunded, we are requesting that submitted quotes be valid for as long as possible. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.

Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately to be eligible for timely award.
