Joint Base Charleston, SC seeks a contractor to provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Joint Base Charleston (JBC) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Please read PWS carefully. Contractors are highly encouraged to mark-up and make recommendations.

The Governments objective is to mirror the commercial market to the maximum extent practicable. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OR "SOURCES SOUGHT" SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
