The contractor shall install Preferred Product or equal. Equal products must meet the salient characteristics detailed below:
- Rubber flooring thickness of 1” with antimicrobial protection - Rubber flooring should be applied in rolls rather than “puzzle pieces” - Backing must allow liquids to immediately leave the surface - Minimum of 5 year manufacturer warrant - 1 year workmanship warranty See attached documents for more information
