Civil Works IDIQ 2024 - Hurlburt Field, FL

Award notice for Civil Works Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract at Hurlburt Field, FL. This acquisition resulted in one (1) year base contract, four (4) one-year option periods, and one (1) optional to extend services. The contract is a single award, Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract.

The work covered by this Civil Works contract consists of, but not limited to, the repair, replacement, and minor construction of base pavements, water distribution systems, wastewater distribution systems and facilities including, but not limited to sidewalks, driveways, roads, parking lots, drainage systems, base airfield pavements, water and wastewater distribution piping and facilities, force mains, lift stations, and other related work at Hurlburt Field, FL.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to perform work under the contract specifications and associated task orders. A Statement of Work shall be provided for each individual task order created against the resulting IDIQ. This contract was awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Additionally, FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs was utilized.
