4 April UPDATE Pre-Proposal site visit questions and responses, dated 03 April 2024, have been POSTED. The Questions/Responses attachment is titled "2024 Civil Works Questions 03 Apr 24". Some questions, located at the bottom of the attachment, are currently pending Legal Review. A response to these questions should not affect bids either way, please do not wait for response to prepare/submit proposals. FA441724R0004-0001 - Amendment 1 POSTED. This amendment serves to update verbiage in Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarentee and Section L, also includes updated drawings and an updated bid schedule.

NAICS 237310, 100% small business set-aside, Firm Fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Funding will cite at the Task Order level. Guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract: $25,000.00. This minimum will be fulfilled by the first Task Order, which will be executed in conjunction with the award of the basic contract.
