The 375 Contracting Squadron (CONS) intends to solicit and award a new firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with Labor Hour (LH), and Time and Materials (T&M) CLINS for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) chiller maintenance at Buildings 1575 and 1700 at Scott Air Force Base (AFB). The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
