Notice of Intent to Sole Source Air Logistics and Infrastructure Support and Airport Office Space in Australia

The 375th Contracting Squadron intends to awarda sole source contract to Aero Adapt Pty Ltd, for consolidated Air Logistics and Infrastructure Support for the durations of 09-27 July 2025 ( for Airport Office Space) and 11- 27 July 2025 (for Standby Air Service: Standby Ground Handler, Material Handling Equipment Lease and Ground Support Equipment) in Australia IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and FAR 13.501, Special Documentation requirements.

Aero Adapt Pty is the only source known to the Government with an unique capabilty to provide all the required services for the specified time period in Australia. Thus, Aero Adapt Pty Ltd is the only responsible source that can immediately satisfy the Government's Requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to the notice.
