Intent to Sole Source - SHOUT Nano

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to provide the Squadron Officer School with SHOUT Nano in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR).

Brief Description of Requirement: The Squadron Officer School needs 100 NAL Research SHOUT Nano modules to track members during field exercises.

Period of Performance: 30 Days after Award Place of Performance: Maxwell AFB, AL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
