AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation to Tuesday, 2 September 2025. Questions will be due Thursday, 28 August 2025.

AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to add Amendment 1 - Questions and Answers - FA302025Q0100. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Firefighting Multi Mission Field Gear at Sheppard AFB, Texas in accordance with the attached Multi Mission Field Gear Specifications. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Quote must include the pricing for shipping, unloading, installation and the commodity sought in this solicitation as this is all part of the requirement. Additionally, ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 922160, and the small business size standard is 100 Employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0100 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

See attached “Combo Firefighting Multi Mission Field Gear” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. Technical submission must include specifications for the Firefighting Multi Mission Field Gear being quoted.

The solicitation will close at 10:00 AM CT on Tuesday, 2 September 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
