364 TRS Couplings

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the delivery of 10 EA 3-in to 2-in unisex multi-fit adapter couplings (Part Number: 380GF-2-V-380GF-3-V) or equal for the 364 TRS at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Please see attachment-1 Product Specifications for specific salient characteristics. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The applicable NAICS code is 332912, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302025Q0027 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
