359 TRS Det 1 Metal Bond Trailing Edge Training Panels

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the delivery of 35 EA Metal Bond Course Trailing Edge Panels (dimensions: 30" x 7.5" x 2") at NAS Pensacola, FL.

Please see attachment 1: Product Specifications for specific characteristics. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 331315, and the small business size standard is 1,400 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is #FA302025Q0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format.

All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.

AMENDMENT 1

The purpose of this amendment is to update the Combo RFQ attachment to accurately reflect the response deadline. The response deadline is 30 OCT 2024 at 1:00PM CST.

AMENDMENT 2

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation close date to 6 NOV 2024 by 1:00PM CST. Additionally, any questions will need to be submitted to the points of contact by 1 NOV 2024 at 1:00PM CST.

AMENDMENT 3

The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received. Please see attachment 3- Amendment 3- Questions and Answers. The solicitation will close at 1:00PM CST on 6 NOV 2024. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 1:00 PM CST on 1 NOV 2024. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well.
