Military Working Dog (MWD) Kennel Screen Repair/Replacement Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement

This requirement is for the establishment of a multiple-award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Screen System repair(s)/replacement services for the Military Working Dog Kennels at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland in response to call orders. The period of performance of the BPA is 1-year from award of the BPA. The Government intends to award up to three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to the responsible offerors whose quotes represent the best value.

A Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process will be used. Quotes will be ranked from lowest price to highest and evaluated for technical acceptability. Please refer to ALL attachments pertaining to this Solicitation Notice. The attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and Schedule B Price List must be filled out and returned and all additional attachments must be reviewed. All interested contractors must provide response by the due date and time displayed in this notice.
