The 502d Contracting Squadron hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Mainstream IP Solutions on a sole source basis utilizing 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 502d Air Base Wing Command Post (502d ABW/CP) has a requirement to upgrade their voice dispatch system from a Siemens brand to Mitel’s Unify Openscape Voice dispatch system at JBSA Lackland, TX and JBSA Ft Sam Houston TX.

This requirement is currently ongoing at JBSA Lackland, TX. This requirement includes the contractor to have the clearance and ability to provide, install and bring online joint connectivity into AFNET across JBSA, TX and maintain compliance within AFMAN 10-207. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued.

Vendors may offer their business name, cage code and point of contact for the purpose of future requirements that require disassembly, remove, procurement and installation of other communications systems.
