All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to query the market for potential interested capable, responsible, and qualified Small Business firms that can provide the stated requirement. The Government is interested in collecting market information in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The JBSA Lackland Contracting Squadron, 502CONS/JBKAA, intends to procure Fire Suppression and UV System Maintenance Services for 502d Civil Engineer Squdron (502CES). The Government is currently utilizing NAICS: 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance;

PSC: J012 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment - Fire Control Equipment;

Size Standard: $12.5M. The anticipated award is Firm Fix Price (FFP). Interested firms are encouraged to complete this Sources Sought Notice/Questionnaire, provide capability statement, 2-page limitations, and submit any questions/concerns pertaining to this requirement, no later than Friday, 12 September 2025, 1100hrs., CDT. Contract Specialist: Teresa Sullivan, email: teresa.sullivan.4@us.af.mil Contracting Officer: Emily Rodriquez, email: emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil Description of Service: The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform all operations in connection with the inspection, testing, recharging, maintaining, repairing, repairing of fire suppression systems in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness.

The contractor must be licensed by the State of Texas and fully qualified to inspect and test all Fire Suppression systems throughout JBSA installations. (Randolph, Lackland, Chapman & Kelly Annex and Ft Sam Houston). Please reference the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DRAFT Appendices for further details.
