DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The selected Contractor shall procure, store, deliver, replace and install critical components to ensure reliable and automated functionality of the bell tower. The scope includes:

Striker Replacement and Installation Remove the existing worn-out striker mechanism. Install the new durable striker design for long term reliability. Ensure proper alignment for calibration and consistent bell ringing. Digital Bell Controller Installation Integrate a modern digital bell controller to automate ringing sequence. Program assistant to child accordingly at the top of each hour a corresponding to the correct number of strikes.

Synchronize the digital controller with the clock mechanism with seamless operation. Control Module Integration Installing a wireless remote-control module for manual operation and special event chimes. Position the remote control at the base of the tower for easy access and override functionality.
