This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-24-Q-5154 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective date 05/22/2024 and DFARS change notice 05/30/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.

Description of Work: The contractor shall design, produce, and deliver C-5 Training Cargo Loads capable of replicating Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) commonly encountered in USAF cargo loads. The Training Cargo Loads will be delivered within the envelope of Building 819 (CLT yard), JBSA Lackland, TX as specified in this Statement of Work. Refer to attachment 2. *This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for small business concerns. * This NAICS code is 336413.
