Amendment 2- Responses Due Wednesday, 10 July 2024 1:00 pm CST The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows:

1. Extend the request for quote deadline from Friday, 05 July 2024 at 1:00 PM CST to Wednesday, 10 July 2024 at 1:00 PM CST 2. Statement of work was revised per the pre-bid questions and responses. (Atch 3.LAK Blinds_SOW_Final_07.02.2024) The new SOW Addendum was created on 2 July 2024, the following revision are listed below:

Paragraph 1.2 Warranty language has been added; Period of performance has been extended form 45 days to 60 days.

Paragraph 2.2.3 Color: LIGHT GRAY 120GY046 has been added Paragraph 2.2.5 has been added for contractor to provide a phase in plan for installation/removal with RFQ submission Paragraph 3.3 notice prior to start of work has been changed from 5 days to 10 days. Paragraph 3.4 added stating 3-day notice required prior to start of weekend work. 3. Site visit questions and answers have been posted located as Attachment 4 on SAM.gov to the Solicitation 4. Site visit Pictures have been posted located as Attachment 5 on SAM.gov to the solicitation. 5. Please download all the new RFQ documents under the attachments section on Sam.gov. Acknowledged receipt of this Amendment 0002 by signing Atch 6.

Amendment 1: Correction to site visit date. The site visit will be conducted 20 June 2024 at 1PM CST. Please meet at the Luke East Gate Visitor Center between the times of 12:00pm-12:55pm to pick up visitor pass.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-24-Q-5067 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective date 05/22/2024 and DFARS change notice 05/30/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.

Descrition of Work: The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of replacing all current window blinds with new window blinds product, as well as removal of older window blinds as specified in this Statement of Work. Refer to attachment 3. *This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for small business concerns.* This NAICS code is 337920. Site Visit. A site visit will be conducted on 20 June 2024 at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.

All contractors who plan to attend must send completed EAL Attachment 2 base access request form. Please only fill out box 12 and section V of the form. Once complete please send via email for the site visit before 17 June 2024 at 3:00 PM CDT by sending an email to Thomas Farrell at thomas.farrell.5@us.af.mil . No late submissions will be accepted. It is contractor’s responsibility to confirm that base pass requests have been received by 502 CONS.

All individuals attending the site visit will meet at Arrive at Lackland AFB Luke Gate Visitor Center between 12:00 PM -12:55 PM to sign in before the site visit to pick-up your base pass.
