MAHG 23-1012 Clean Ductwork at Trent Lott Hall B2603

Update 2, 21 October 2024: Solcitation Amendment 00003 has been uploaded. 81 CONS hereby cancels the solicitation for the Clean Ductwork at Trent Lott Hall B2603 project at Keesler AFB, MS. In accordnace with the information listed on the solicitation, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. 81 CONS may choose to re-solicit the subject requirement at a later date if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Industry is encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for any future annoucnements for the subject project or for any other Federal contracting opportunities.

Update 1: Ammendment 00001 has been posted, as well as Q&A, site visit sign in, and Addendum 1. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 This acquisition is being issued as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Set-Aside Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged to 81CONS.PKA.Flight@us.af.mil An organized site visit has been set for Tuesday, 06 August 2024 at 8:30 a.m. CST.

In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
