Notice of Intent Sole Source

The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX, intends to modify the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, FA3002-23-D-0004, with Lockheed Martin – Rotary and Mission Systems Corporation (LM-RMS), SAM Unique Entity ID KDT2YLB34NT6. The proposed contract action is for services for which 338 ESS/PKB intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.

The anticipated modification is to extend the period of performance and ordering period from 22 March 2023 - 21 March 2026 to 22 March 2023 - 21 September 2029, establish Unit Price Book Prices for Ordering Period 4-6 to provide continued support to source directed countries and non-source directed countries who require training before F-16 Block 70/V or other aircraft modification programs CSTO delivery.

The anticipated modification effective date is 1 Dec 2024. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the government’s discretion.
