This requirement is for Audio and Visual System Services for the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) at Joint Base Andrews. The Audio-Visual System is used for recording military all calls, commencements, etc. The current system does not provide adequate support and produces excessive feedback from the speakers during mission essential calls.

The upgraded system will provided improved audio/visual recordings for members not present in person for military all calls. Product must meet all specifications in the attached salient characteristics. Attached to this notice is the combined solicitation/synopsis, the most up to date Service Contract Act WD 2015-4281, as well as the salient characteristics for the ANGRC Atrium Upgrades.
