460 SFS VR Training System

This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice FA254325Q0032. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION AND STATEMENT OF NEED (SON) FOR FULL DETAILS. The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide four complete Virtual Reality (VR) tactical training systems, meeting the specifications of the attached Statement of Need (SON).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The government requires four complete VR training systems, multiyear service support, and training/setup (if necessary).

Specific requirements are listed below. - VR TRAINING SYSTEM, COMPLETE o Four (4) VR headsets with high-fidelity visuals and accurate movement tracking. o Four (4) sanitary face masks. o Four (4) VR headset batteries, rechargeable. o One (1) Charging bank with a capacity for four (4) headset batteries. o Two (2) Portable computers capable of running VR program, with 5G or self-wifi capabilities. o One (1) Protected portable computer case. o One (1) Power rack capable of mounting charging bank. o Software licenses for law enforcement/tactical training software program. o Instructor tablet for scenario control/review o Software platform for scenario creation, performance tracking, and after-action review (AAR) modules. o Sketch/Customization tool for custom scenarios. o Multi-user functionality for team training and communication. o Configurable library of props and assets to enhance scenario realism. o Two (2) CO2-operated M4 (or similar AR-15 platform) non-lethal training rifles, with magazines and refillable CO2 cartridges. o Two (2) Rifle weapon tracking systems with optic mounts. o Two (2) CO2-operated Sig Sauer M18 non-lethal training handguns, with magazines and refillable CO2 cartridges. o Two (2) Handgun weapon tracking systems with optic mounts. o Kinetic weapon replicas must include haptic feedback to simulate weapon recoil. o Two (2) X26 Taser training conducted energy weapons. o Two (2) OC Spray trainer devices. o Two (2) ASP Baton training devices. - OPTIONAL ITEMS Bolt/magazine conversions for M4/M18 Co2 Adaptors for M4/M18 - MULTIYEAR TECHNICAL SUPPORT o Continuous software support and device management for updates/patches as required. o Help desk support. o 12-month warranty. - SETUP AND TRAINING o Online training modules for system setup and operation.
