Giant Voice Replacement Heads

Ammendment made for the addition of questions and answers. This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice FA254324Q0056 The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide Giant Voice Replacement Heads that meet the specifications of the attached Statement of Objectives.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Contractors must provide a detailed document of part information and a completed Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance (HERO) evaluation form at the time of their quote.

DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver and install the items listed in paragraph 2 no more than 60 days after receipt of the order.
