RSMeans/E4Clicks Software

The Contractor shall deliver all purchased items listed in the ordering table (Section 3.1). CLINS 001 and 002 represent the Base Year and CLINS 1001 and 1002 are both identified as an Option Year for future renewal of the annual software licenses.

ORDERING TABLE: CLIN 001 23 ea 4C-e4CK-4660T-A, e4Clicks Project Estimator Subscription - Annual Professional Subscription. CLIN 002 23 ea 4C-DATA-0110, RSMeans Electronic Titles – RSMeans Facilities Construction. CLIN 1001 23 ea 4C-e4CK-4660T-A, e4Clicks Project Estimator Subscription - Annual Professional Subscription. CLIN 1002 23 ea 4C-DATA-0110, RSMeans Electronic Titles – RSMeans Facilities Construction. The Contractor will deliver RSMeans Cost Data professional subscription with Facilities Construction data.

Updates to the software will occur at quarterly intervals. Delivery shall be no later than 30 days from award. Instructions to download or update existing e4Clicks software shall be provided to 460 CES or other designated representatives to complete installation.
