New document added : FA252125B0001 - Abstract - Bid Opening 1 April 2025 An amendment has been made. The purpose of this amendment is to replace the current Wage Determination dated 3 Jan 2025 in Attachment 3 with the most updated version dated 21 Mar 2025. Implement changes to provisions and clauses in FAR Part 52 in compliance with Class Deviation 2025-O0004 Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability.

Block 14 of the related SF 30 amendment currently states "Class Deviation 2024-O0004", this was an administrative error and "Class Deviation 2025-O0004" is correct. All other terms and conditions remain the same. An amendment has been made. The purpose of this amendment is to add an additional attachment titled "Attachment 12 - SXHT 21-1001- Pre-Bid Q and A". All other terms and conditions remain the same. An amendment has been made.

The purpose of this amendment is to correct section 13d of the IFB document from 120 calendar days to now reflect 182 calendar days. All other terms and conditions remain the same. An amendment has been made to this IFB. The purpose of this amendment is to replace the current Wage Determination in Attachment 3 with the corrected version. An amendment has been made to this IFB. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the proposal and bid opening date by one day. The new due date for proposals is 1 April 2025 @ 9:00 AM EST and the new time for bid opening is 1 April 2025 @ 10:00 AM EST.

2. Edit clauses 52.204-8 and 52.213-4. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to remove the four (4) fan coil units from the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. Contractors shall remove the make-up-air unit and the air handler unit in the 6th floor mechanical room. Remove the rusted ductwork from the make-up air unit and air handling unit. Also included is the removal and replacement of the piping.

Remove controls from the make-up air unit and air handler unit. Contractor shall also install a new make-up-air unit and air handler unit and associated dampers, ductwork and piping to include insulation. Install the same controls on the new make-up air unit and air handler unit and recalibrate as needed. Work also includes installing upsized fan coil units on the 3rd and 4th floors serving the switch room and data room respectively and installing new fan coil units on the 2nd and 5th floor.

All work shall comply with State of Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility Excellence guidelines. The contractor is to provide the government with a complete and usable facility in accordance with the Project Drawings and Specifications on Patrick SFB (PSFB), FL.

Period of Performance: 90 calendar days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Patrick Space Force Base, FL.

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this invitation for bid, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this invitation of bid, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
