Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Global Knowledge Polaris Discovery or Equal Supply

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Solicitation number FA251725Q0066 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 1/17/2025. This is for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited to Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611420 – Computer Training. The size standard is $16 million.

The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could results in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter.

The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the Global Knowledge Polaris Discovery Program Subscription, listed in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
