PLEASE READ ENTIRE AMENDMENT 1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION TO ENSURE FULL UNDERSTANDING OF REQUIREMENT This is for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting. The size standard is 1,250 Employees. The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein.

Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter.

The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the Frequency Converters, listed in Tables 1 OR 2 below, on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO Amendment 1 was for the purpose of removing an unnecessary clause.
