The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award.
