C-130 Hail Covers

SUBJECT: SOURCES SOUGHT – C-130 Hail Covers The Peterson Space Force Base 21st Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential Hail Cover Manufacturers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.

This sources sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Peterson Space Force Base, CO is requesting information for the C-130 Hail Covers listed below in Table 1 for Market Research Purposes. The government is requesting information for any solution that meets the characteristics in Attachment 1. Please refer to Attachment 1 – Attachment 1 - Hail Covers SON. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.

This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, PSFB is not seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Submit any and all questions regarding this requirement no later than 19 July 2024 @ 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time.

After the suspense, the contracting office will post and amendment to this sources sought answering all questions. The suspense for responses below will remain the same.
