Sources Sought Polaris Maintenance THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Cheyene Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), Colorado is seeking potential sources for Services of Attachment 1. The recommended North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 811198 - All Other Automotive Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $10 million. – If there is a NAICS code that you believe would be more applicable, please provide with your capability statement. Please accompany your capability statement with answers to the questions below:

Are you able to provide the services in the PWS? Do you anticipate any challenges? If so, what are they? Would making this a BPA or IDIQ interest your company? If it was changed to a BPA or IDIQ would increasing from CMSFS to all installation in Colorado Springs interest your company and increase the opportunity of quoting? Does providing these services at the installation cause any issues? Does your company have alternative solutions if not able to do maintenance on site?

The PWS is currently being worked on and the version attached is a DRAFT version. Please review and express any points of concern that may prevent your company from quoting. Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code 811198 - All Other Automotive Repair and Maintenance? Please identify any Small Business Socio-economic programs your businesses are eligible for. Do you intend to provide a quote for this requirement? How many days would you need to provide a quote?
