Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manuals (JMEMs) IDIQ Ceiling Increase

The AFLCMC Rapid Enterprise Operational Weaponeering Branch (AFLCMC/EBRW), 205 West D Avenue Eglin AFB, FL 32542 intends to modify a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Applied Research Associates, Inc., 4300 San Mateo Blvd NE STE A-220, Albuquerque, NM 87710-1295, Cage: 9R446.

This acquisition provides Software Engineer support that was awarded on 2 August 2018. This requirement is for: The scope of this contract is to provide technical support services for the JTCG/ME, including production of Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manuals (JMEMs) tools and related publications as directed by the JTCG/ME. This effort covers technical and analytical studies, theoretical investigation, software engineering, mathematical computations, and drafting/editing of technical reports.

This effort also includes direct interface with JMEMs end-users and external software developers. To continue support under contract FA2487-18-D-0129 through the period of performance of 30 September 2024, AFLCMC/EBRW Contracting is looking to increase the cost ceiling for in-scope work to support the below referenced CLINs
