NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD - AFRL has awarded a sole source contract to The University of Dayton Research Institute (CAGE: 50280) for the acquisition of a Hybrid Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy Research and Development Considered Operationally Relevant and Explainable.
