Notice of Contract Action – Sole Source Award for MCTS PBL The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to PLEXSYS Interface Products for the continued Operations, Maintenance, Supply Change Management, and Software Support of the E-3G AWACS Block 40/45 Mission Crew Training Set (MCTS) and the E-7A Wedgetail Distributed Operational Mission Simulator (DOMS).
