NC3 Advanced Concepts Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) On-Boarding Request For Information (RFI)

Air Force Material Command (AFMC) is seeking information from industry to assist in the planning for future acquisitions in support of modernization. Results of this RFI will assist in determining prospective vendors for proposed future contracting actions which include, but are not limited to the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Advanced Concepts Broad Agency Announcement (BAA).

This RFI is intended to vet and onboard new vendors to the NC3 Advanced Concepts BAA pool; responses are NOT required from vendors that have already been approved as part of the BAA vendor pool. Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EDT on 05 June 2025. Please submit questions by email to Contract Specialist Leonard Robertson (leonard.robertson@us.af.mil) and the Advanced Concepts inbox (AFNWC.NCW.AdvancedConcepts@us.af.mil).

Responses to this RFI (via the attached questionnaire) shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM EDT on 20 June 2025. All responses are to be completed on the attached questionnaire and shall be UNCLASSIFIED and contain no proprietary information.

Respondents shall not alter the questionnaire formatting and shall ensure responses stay within the preformatted fields. Responses received outside of the attached questionnaire will not be considered.
