Notice of Contract Action – Sole Source Award for Raytheon Company This announcement constitutes as a NOCA by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Hanscom AFB, MA. The Government Aerial Networks Division (AFLCMC/HNAK) intends to award a sole-source contract to Raytheon Company for software maintenance services and support for deployed Situation Awareness Data Link (SADL) receiver transmitters under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted Justification and Approval will be published after contract award.
