Advantor Supplemental Maintenance Agreement

The Stewart ANGB intends to award a sole source requirement to Advantor Security Systems, 12612 Challenger Parkway Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32826- 2700. The NAICS for this requirement is 561621 Security Systems Services with a size standard of $20.5M. All interested firms are encouraged to respond, regardless of business size.

The requirement is for Advantor to do scheduled maintenance for the PL4 systems and CCTV systems that are not covered under NGB service contract with certified technicians and must be able to perform maintenance to existing equipment and infrastructure where warranties are present, or results will be voided warranties if other products or vendors are introduced.

Communication network equipment and associated cabling dedicated solely for the PL4 systems and CCTV systems at the 105th at Stewart ANGB Newburgh NY 12550. Advantor is the only vendor providing this system, and they have no authorized resellers or dealers. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.301, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements".

Interested people may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement of submitting proposals to be used for consideration of future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and an RFQ will not be issued, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and used for future requirements.

A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement for a future requirement.

Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal for future consideration should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of the Base Contracting Office no later than 10:00 P.M. EST, 30 June 2025 at linda.pulaski@us.af.mil. Only email responses will be accepted.
