Sole Source Notice - DoDL Universal Class

DoD Libraries requires an already established subscription to an instructional courses subscription. Courses provide internationally accredited Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by IACET. Upskill in accounting, administrative, education, medical, and more. Lifelong learners can choose to pursue CEUs or complete courses quicker in video-only mode. No assignments or exams required for meaningful learning. Learners can complete courses at their own pace, on their own schedule and Instructors review all assignments and exams. DoDL is looking for a current provider for commercial off the shelf access to Universal Class.
