Local Telephone Services for Moffett ANGB

The 129th Rescue Wing (129 RQW) intends to issue a sole-source award for services to provide essential session initiation protocol (SIP) based Local & Long Distance Telecommunication Service (LLDTS) and features supporting the 129th Rescue Wing (129 RQW), Moffett Air National Guard Base, California. The LLDTS solution will support the 129 RQW 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). AT&T is the only provider of local telephone services with existing infrastructure.

Additionally, the current telephone services are provided by AT&T. The vendor is qualified to furnish and install equipment suitable for the government’s use, porting existing DID telephone numbers, and providing local telephone services to Moffett Field Air National Guard Base without negatively affecting the mission of the 129 RQW. The period of performance is one base period of 12 months and four 12 months option periods. The size standard of the applicable NAICS code is 1,500 employees.

This notice is not a request for quote. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, SMSgt Dana Johnson, via email at dana.johnson.16@us.af.mil no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received.

A determination by the government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
