Oracle Database License Renewal

The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Mythics, LLC for FY 24 Oracle Database License Renewal. IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Mythics, LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of Oracle Database License Renewal. The Oracle database is used as the underlying database for the KMST suite of applications for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) and to support updates for the network.

This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 513210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Phone calls will not be accepted.

The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
